My in laws are in town visiting us this evening. I made an awesome dinner: skirt steak on the grill, corn on the cob, grilled onions, mexican rice... yum! My father in law has a MAJOR sweet tooth so I thought I'd make him some coconut macaroons. He'd love to eat them and I need a picture of them for my blog! Win win right?
We finished dinner and I put the baby to bed with plans of taking pictures once the baby was asleep. I go into the kitchen with my camera and what do I find, my father in law and husband munching away and no macaroons to photograph! Note to self, do not leave boys alone with my cookies if I need them to still be there when I return. Maybe next time!
